BNSF Telecom

This 5,700 SF two-story metal building facility was build for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway for the regional telecommunications personnel that both operate and service the local telecom equipment for the railroad.  The project included upgrading a complete city block, abandoning a city street, the new building, the demolition of the old facility, installing gravity block and poured concrete retaining walls, and two new lighted parking lots.
